New World of Work welcomes Eight IE/DRC Colleges as Official Partners

November 2018

We wanted to send our thanks and provide follow-up items to everyone who participated in the New World of Work (NWoW) 21st Century Skills Training hosted by the San Bernardino Community College District.

If you haven't done so yet, please go ahead and fill out the Training Feedback form.

On behalf of your hosts, Robert Levesque and Deanna Krehbiel, your trainers, Rhiannon, Eva, and Kirsten, and the entire NWoW team, we welcome you to the Community of Practice (CoP) for 21st Century Skills!

We are also happy to welcome Chaffey College, College of the Desert, Crafton Hills College, Moreno Valley College, Mt. San Jacinto College, Norco College, Riverside City College, and San Bernardino Valley College as official partners. Due to your instructor/staff participation in this training, Goodwill of Southern, CA can also qualify as an official partner. Please contact me if you would like to learn more about becoming an official partner. To be a partner, at least 2-3 participants from a given Community College, K-12 School, Adult Education Program, or Workforce Development Board need to attend an NWoW 21st Century Skills Training with plans to implement the curriculum.

We send out newsletters and host quarterly webinars with CoP and partner members to make sure you have the most up to date information on data collection and lesson content, and to showcase the great work you all are doing.

Please remember you can complete the Instructor Feedback form at any time after you have utilized the 21st Century Skills content with your learners, and submission of the survey will qualify you for RAFFLE PRIZES.

For your students and employer partners, your flash drive and binder contains the instruction sheet and links for the Student (Start and End) and Employer (Start and End) Surveys.

For all of you who completed both days of the training, you should receive an email inviting you to create an account in CareerXP to claim your Instructor Badge! For those who work with college students, adult learners, or workforce development clients, you will also be able to invite your learners to take 21st Century Skill Academic and Employer Verified digital badge assessments once you have taught both lessons of a given skill. If you have questions on these badges, please reach out to

All ages of learners, from high school through adults, are able to use our 21st Century Skill Learner Badges, which launch directly from our website.

If you are interested in utilizing the Keirsey Assessment with your learners, please fill out your request on Keirsey's ordering portal. You will want to indicate that you are part of the New World of Work program. You should also request the easier assessment language for the Career Reports. The Keirsey team will step you through the payment process and set you up with your own administrator's portal.
