CC SWP Projects

IEDRC adopted the SWP Regional Projects Framework to ensure regional SWP funds are strategically directed toward shared goals, prioritizing student enrollment and completion. This project framework aligns the work of the region’s colleges with Vision 2030 goals and objectives.

The IEDRC SWP Regional Projects Framework outlines major project areas, along with their associated activities, measures, and important guidelines.

This framework is comprised of the following three main project areas:

• Program Development, Enhancement, and Expansion
• CTE Awareness and Engagement
• Work-based Learning and Transition to Employment
