- Morning sessions on cross-cutting issues
- Afternoon breakout sessions on HVAC, building performance, and lighting efficiency
- Evening reception with industry

- Instructors in HVAC, construction, carpentry, architecture, electricity/electronics and other fields preparing students for energy efficiency careers

- Policymakers in workforce education and training and energy efficiency
- Industry and community advisors to energy efficiency career & technical education programs
Co-sponsored by Laney College, the Bay Area Environmental Training Center/ETC Initiative, and the CCC Center for Excellence (San Francisco and Silicon Valley), in collaboration with energy-efficiency and HVAC career & technical education programs in the greater Bay region, the New Energy Workforce Initiative, the Bay Area Community Colleges Consortium, the CCC Chancellor’s Office, PG&E, the California Energy Commission, the Western Cooling Efficiency Center – UC Davis, and industry and community partners
